For 10 years, I listened to the stories of almost 10,000 people with Anxious Attachment from around the world.
I heard the same patterns repeat again and again: the Invasive Thoughts, the fear of losing someone, the inability to let go, the obsession with emotionally unavailable people, the endless analyzing, and the feeling that something must be wrong with you.
But the more people I spoke to, the more I realized something:
Anxious attachment is not just about wanting too much love.
There is a much bigger system underneath it.
I discovered what keeps people stuck and why do some people heal while others spend years repeating the same relationships and the reason why it is so difficult to let go, even when you know the relationship is hurting you.
And most importantly: The real tools that my best students tried that changed their lives.
This is not another book telling you to simply “love yourself,” journal more, or understand your childhood and hope everything changes.
Because you were never meant to spend your life managing your anxiety or managing another person's emotional availability.
You were meant to feel safe inside your own life.
I went to therapy for years with no results. I kept finding the same problem: There was plenty of information about Anxious Attachment, but very little structure for actually healing it. So I built one.
What keeps anxious attachment alive?
What actually changes it?
Why do some people understand their wounds but remain stuck?
And what does a person need to practice repeatedly until they get to live secure attachment?
That work became the foundation for the NEURO-Identity™ Method: a structured approach designed to help anxious attached people move beyond managing symptoms and begin re-ENGINEERING their Identity.
The photo of me crying in therapy represents the woman who was searching for answers.
The photo of me on my wedding day represents what became possible after years of doing the work.
I didn't want to create another explanation of Anxious Attachment.
I wanted to create a strategy for getting out of it.
